Dr. Mykhailo Dudik | Doctor of Medicine, Master of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Dr. Mykhailo “Mike” Dudik is a highly accomplished obstetrician and gynecologist with over a decade of experience working in Ukraine, Vietnam, and Cambodia. He is currently the head of the obstetrics and gynecology department at Intercare Hospital in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where he has transformed the functioning of this department by introducing advanced reproductive technologies and international healthcare standards. Thanks to his efforts, the treatment outcomes for patients have improved, and patient satisfaction levels have risen significantly.

Dr. Dudik obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree in obstetrics and gynecology, as well as a master’s degree in reproductive medicine, from the Ivan Franko National Medical University in Ukraine. Previously, as a consultant at Vinmec Nha Trang International Hospital in Vietnam, he managed to reduce the rate of cesarean sections by 23%, increase the success rate of in vitro fertilization procedures by 82.7%, raise the number of patients seeking treatment by six times, and achieve a patient satisfaction rate of 99%.

Dr. Dudik is currently pursuing a certificate in healthcare management at Yale University, as well as a master’s degree in business administration with triple accreditation from the University of Science and Technology Malaysia and KEDGE Business School in Paris. These qualifications will equip him with the clinical insight and strategic expertise needed to lead medical institutions.

In addition to English, Ukrainian, and Russian, Dr. Dudik can also communicate effectively in Polish, Vietnamese, and Cambodian. He has a clear vision for advancing patient-centered reproductive medicine and healthcare management, and he is committed to driving positive and sustainable changes in the global healthcare sector.
